The Nihilistic Democratic Party holds as a basic principle that work is an abomination. It is not merely the material basis of man's purposeless existence; it also creates illusions of meaning and purpose.
Work is as meaningless as Sisyphus pushing his boulder up the mountain.
In a universe that leaves no one any hope, working to secure one's future existence is as irrelevant as an inmate on death row doing push-ups to stay in shape.
Yet in survey after survey, many Danes claim to enjoy their work. NFP believes it is time to confront the Danes' illusory relationship with their meaningless toil.
That requires a financial incentive. NFP will therefore work to introduce a maximum wage in the Danish labour market, set at the current level of unemployment benefit.
Work must not pay!
