No progress
The Nihilistic Democratic Party completely rejects the possibility of progress for humanity. Hope of progress is a romantic notion that is hopelessly out of date.
The politicians try to convince people that their particular ideology and policies can make the world better. The entire political elite inside the walls of parliament maintains the illusion that politics can steer history towards a rationally ordered society of enlightened citizens.

So why do our politicians refuse to face the consequences? Our politicians still invoke the romantic and religious delusions of earlier ages about the potency of the political system. They follow Bono, Habermas, Stalin and Hitler in believing that politics can change the world for the better. We now know that it is a lie. Hold them to account. Stop letting them lie to us – no, we can't!
