The politicians are nihilists
In science and religion the Danes have accepted that the universe is purposeless, random and empty of values. Why has this insight not arrived in politics?
Political values are empty, the welfare state is a lie, and visions of the future have not made the world better.
Because the healthy nihilism of the Danish people has long been suppressed by the politicians and the cultural elite. Nihilist writers, film-makers and opinion-breakers have been censored. Until now the opinion-formers have prevented the truth from getting out.
Politicians, talk-show hosts and humanities professors have successfully tried – through community singing, talent shows, sports clubs and recycling schemes – to persuade the Danes that there are still political values and visions worth fighting for. They preach that politics can make a difference. But it is a lie.
The Nihilistic Democratic Party will expose the smoke and mirrors of the politicians and the media:
Political values are empty, the welfare state is a lie, and visions of the future have not made the world better. The whole of political reality is a media-made illusion. Politics is really about symbols, cleavage and emotional manipulation.
The truth is that the politicians are nihilists too. There are no political visions or ideals in Denmark. But in order to keep their power and their generous pensions, the politicians have to hide from the population that it is all meaningless.
If you too have lost faith in the Danish political system, then at least vote for the only party that admits it makes no difference anyway. Vote NFP.
Nothing is better!
